If the products you purchased have problems when installing, send us evidences contain videos, pictures that we will respond quickly and we will offer you an ideal solutions.

We accept Paypal, Alibaba Payment and T/T as payment for orders. We do not accept Paypal eChecks. Payments through Paypal are always charged at time of order.
Orders usually ship within 3-7 working days. Customized products may ship within 15-20 days.
Mainly is with DHL 4-7 days to your hands. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or two with any tracking information available no matter from us or DHL system. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late due to snow or other natural disasters anywhere along your package's route, including (but not limited to) meteors, aliens, terrorism, incursions from other dimensions, etc. We may not always be able to ship to some mail forwarders and/or PO Boxes depending on location or if there are known fraud/theft issues with a specific mail forwarder.
For all international DDU and DDP orders, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc.There is no way for Art LED (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your country's DHL or postal system may charge you! There are some services that can estimate the duty/taxes, while they're not 100% accurate they can be helpful (Duty/Tax Calculator).
We store your phone number, order history, email, shipping and billing addresses. User information is only used to ship goods and contact you in case of an order or shipping issue. We do not, and will never, sell or give any of your information to any third-party or send you any unsolicited advertisements.
We warrant Art LED Manufactured Products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years following the date of delivery to you. We will replace, repair for any confirmed defective product at our option. Please contact info@art-leds.com with any issues.
Products that are not manufactured by Art LED may, or may not, be covered by original manufacturer's warranty and passed through to you. Please contact us to confirm warranty period prior to purchase.
Warranty will not apply if Product fails or is damaged after delivery to you due to accident, abuse or misuse.
