This strip is 24V UCS2904 20 pixels control 120 pcs RGBW strips that is different with our normal UCS2904 RGBW led pixel tapes. Why said this ? This is smaller size SOT-23 UCS2904 IC with SMD3535 RGBW leds to make it.
This 24V pixel RGBW 20 pixels 120 leds tape have following advantages that normal digital RGB led pixel strips do not have.
Presence of white LED allows for higher brightness and more color mixing options.
This 8mm width digital RGBW led strip is suitable for the slim pixel digital RGBW neon tube without dots like 0612 size neon tube.
White and RGB can be independently controlled to allows us to create bolder and more vibrant colors than with RGB alone.
Entire one meter strip has 20 pixels ( 80 channels), 120 pcs RGBW leds on 8mm width pcb board.
There are Warmer white 2300K, Warm white 2700K, Neutral White 4500K, Cold white 6500K white CCT to choose. RA 80, RA90 are available too.
What a pity is this UCS2904 SOT-23 is only 8 bits dimming for the time being.
The strip is made of flexible PCB material, you can cut this stuff pretty easily with wire cutters, there are cut-lines every 6 LED. Solder to the 0.1" copper pads and you're good to go.
If this 24V UCS2904 RGBW pixel led strip does get damaged, it is often one pixel copper unit broken, in such case, cutting of this copper unit segment and resoldering the rest copper units together brings the strip back to life.
